This is a remote role for an experienced Oracle Retail skilled focused on implementing, developing, and enhancing enterprise merchandising applications.
You will work across key Oracle Retail platforms, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
The role combines technical development, solution design, integration, testing, and deployment responsibilities.
A key focus will be translating business requirements into robust functional and technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with functional and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The position also offers opportunities to leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern integration technologies.
This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to complex Oracle Retail initiatives in a remote working environment.

Accountabilities:
- Implement, develop, enhance,



and maintain Oracle Retail Merchandising applications across platforms such as MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
- Lead or contribute to Oracle Retail implementation projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation enhancement.
- Apply hands-on expertise to deliver solutions aligned with business and merchandising requirements.
- Manage at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation, covering the key stages of the implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear and effective functional and technical designs.
- Analyze business needs and determine appropriate Oracle Retail configurations, customizations, integrations, and development approaches.
- Drive solutions through development, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and stabilization.
