Core ResponsibilitiesClient Ownership & Relationship Managementn

- Own a portfolio of active clients end-to-endn
- Act as the single point of contact post-onboardingn
- Lead regular client check-ins, reviews, and planning callsn
- Control scope, timelines, and expectations without escalationn
- Identify risks early and prevent churnn

Strategy & Value Deliveryn
- n
- Understand each client’s business model, goals, and constraintsn
- Translate business goals into clear execution plans for internal teamsn
- Ensure delivered work aligns with commercial objectivesn
- Push back on poor ideas or unrealistic expectations using logicn
- Identify gaps, missed opportunities, and expansion areasn

Success Metrics & Retentionn

- Drive renewals, expansions, and long-term retentionn
- Track client health using defined success indicatorsn
- Reduce churn through proactive interventionn
- Document wins, blockers, and risks consistentlyn

Internal Coordinationn
- n
- Work closely with delivery, design, marketing, and ops teamsn
- Convert client conversations into explicit, actionable internal briefsn
- Maintain clarity on priorities and execution statusn
- Eliminate miscommunication between client and delivery teamsn

Upsell & Account Growthn
- n
- Identify natural upsell opportunities based on real client needsn
- Present expansions with clear business justificationn
- Coordinate pricing, scope changes, and approvalsn
- No hard selling. If you push irrelevant services, you are doing it wrongn

Daily Work Includesn
