JOB PURPOSE:
The Brand Manager – Ostocalcium role will deliver sustainable business growth by shaping brand strategy, identifying consumer and category opportunities,
leading innovation and communication plans, and ensuring effective commercialization across channels and markets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver topline, P&L; and full year plans for the brand.
- Strategize and execute to deliver aligned brand objectives – to accelerate brand penetration gains.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and activations to drive brand growth and market share gains.
- Create and execute innovative, consumer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, in-store, Dcomm etc).
- Drive product positioning, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
- Performance management & Budgeting- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budget and objectives. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
