Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership roles and deep expertise in front-end web development within AI-augmented environments Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of contemporary, responsive, and scalable web applications, delivering exceptional user experience and performanceArchitect and own front-end solutions, including reusable component libraries and enterprise UI standardsDevelop high-quality user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibilityDesign and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with enterprise systemsMentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to drive engineering excellenceCollaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects,
