What you'll do:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Workforce and Data Assurance, on complex local and global employee matters such as payroll/wage compliance due diligence and employment law reviews.
- Manage complex wage underpayment cases,



including coordinating remediation efforts and communicating with the Fair Work Ombudsman.
- Provide practical legal advice on a broad range of general employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, general protections, adverse action claims, redundancy, termination, and deeds of release.
- Advise on employment, executive and contractor agreements, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and bargaining.
- Advise on workplace discrimination, bullying, harassment, and disciplinary processes.
- Work on large deals, conducting payroll and employment related diligence and advising on employment realated matters arising in transactions;
- Draft and review workplace policies, employment contracts, contractor agreements, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports.
