Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for guiding prospective students through the international admissions process. This role includes counseling applicants on program options and eligibility, reviewing application documents,



and coordinating with partner institutions to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The Admissions Officer will respond to inquiries, provide transparent information on admission requirements, visa procedures, and timelines, and maintain detailed records in admissions and CRM systems. Day-to-day tasks also involve conducting information sessions, collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, and delivering high-quality customer service to create a positive and supportive experience for all applicants.

Qualifications
