We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Business Development Manager to lead B2B business development and contribute to our growth across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, account management, and relationship building, with a background in interior design, furniture, architecture, real estate, design & build, or allied industries being highly preferred.

This role requires someone who can identify opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, negotiate effectively, and convert relationships into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Drive business development through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers across corporates, hospitality groups, real estate developers, architects, designers,



and other institutional clients.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to develop relevant and commercially viable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sales engagement.
- Develop and manage strategic accounts to drive repeat business, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings, including international events when required.
