nWe are looking for a senior pharmaceutical commercial leader to lead the Oncology business of a leading pharmaceutical organization.

n Location: Mumbai
n CTC: Up to ₹1 Crore
n Experience: 18–25+ Years
n Industry: Pharmaceutical / Oncology

nKey Responsibilities:
n• Lead the overall Oncology Sales & Marketing strategy
n• Own business growth, revenue, profitability & P&L;
n• Drive national sales strategy and large-team leadership
n• Lead Oncology product launches & portfolio strategy
n• Build strong relationships with Oncologists, KOLs, hospitals & institutions
n• Drive market expansion, brand strategy & commercial excellence
n• Identify current business opportunities and strengthen market share
n• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other functions
n
nIdeal Profile:
nLooking for senior leaders currently or previously working as:
nVP / SVP / Business Head / BU Head / Commercial Head / National Sales Head / GM / SGM / AVP / Director – Oncology
nCandidates should have strong experience in Oncology Sales & Marketing , P&L; ownership, team leadership and the Indian pharmaceutical market.
