About the PositionnNirmal Vasundhara Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale our B2B sales function in the areas of Sustainability, ESG, EPR, Carbon Accounting, Reporting and Compliance Solutions .
nThis is a hands-on leadership position . We are looking for someone who can independently build a sales team, establish a structured sales process, manage the sales pipeline and personally drive important business closures.
nThe ideal candidate should be a sales qualified with proven team-handling experience , strong B2B client-facing skills and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilitiesn1. Sales Team Leadership & Development

- Build, recruit, train and manage a result-oriented sales team.n
- Define individual and team-wise sales targets,



KPIs and activity metrics.n
- Establish a structured process for lead generation, calling, meetings, follow-ups and closures.n
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.n
- Monitor team productivity and take timely corrective action where required.n
- Build a performance-driven and accountable sales culture.n

- Own and drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.n
- Develop and manage the complete B2B sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.n
- Generate and convert new business opportunities through multiple channels.n
- Personally manage key accounts, strategic prospects and high-value opportunities.n
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Directors, Business Owners, EHS, Sustainability, Procurement and Compliance professionals.n
