Job Purpose:
The Manager OPM works within TRYST's Program Management Office to plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned organizational initiatives, operating with a significant degree of independence within a scope defined by the Head – Program Management.
This role is responsible for taking ownership of a defined workstream such as a specific component of an institutional integration and working directly with relevant functional stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and maintain progress toward completion.

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
- Independently own and drive one or more assigned organizational workstreams within OPM's broader mandate, reporting progress and issues to the Head – Program Management.
- Plan and sequence the activities required to deliver an assigned workstream,



identifying dependencies and stakeholders without requiring constant direction.
- Work directly with relevant functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, and others) to resolve day-to-day issues within the assigned workstream, escalating to the Head – Program Management only matters that require their involvement.

Maintain accurate, current tracking of the assigned workstream's status, open items, and risks.

PMO Systems & Reporting
- Use and help maintain the PMO systems, project-tracking tools, and dashboards established by the Head – Program Management.

Prepare status updates and reporting inputs on assigned workstreams for the Head – Program Management and other stakeholders as required.

Policy & process Support
Support the drafting, review, and roll-out of TRYST policies relevant to assigned initiatives, working with the functional head who owns the policy's content.
