nOverview of role
nBI & Analytics Engineer sits at the Intersection of business intelligence, analytics engineering and data analysis, helping transform business requirements into trusted data products that drive operational and strategic decision-making.
nThe successful candidate will take ownership of reporting and visualisation solutions whilst developing their analytics engineering capability. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design data models, develop data transformations within Databricks, and deliver scalable Power BI solutions that support self-service analytics across the organisation.
nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience beyond dashboard development and gain hands-on exposure across the modern data lifecycle

- Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders across the organisation.n
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand reporting, analytics and data requirements.n
- Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, metrics and reporting solutions.n
- Challenge and refine requirements to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient and aligned with data governance standards.n

nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting

- Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.n
- Create engaging visualisations that enable users to monitor operational performance and key business metrics.n
- Ensure consistent application of business rules, calculations and KPI definitions across reporting solutions.n
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of self-service analytics capabilities.n
