About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Brand Planning and Strategy, who can bring robust strategic thinking, consumer understanding and insight-led planning to our healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer health brands.
The role will focus on understanding consumers, their behaviours, needs and motivations , cultural tensions, market truths and translating these into meaningful brand and communication strategies to meet the client objective.



The ideal candidate should have strong Consumer Health experience and be comfortable using emerging tools, including AI, to enhance research, insight generation and strategic thinking .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and brand strategy across healthcare, pharma and consumer health brands.
- Identify and translate consumer, cultural, category, competition and brand insights into clear strategic opportunities.
- Deep-dive into consumer behaviour, motivations, needs and journeys to uncover meaningful brand insights.
- Conduct market, category and competitor analysis to identify trends, whitespace and growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic territories, positioning, communication platforms, journey-based omnichannel communication and touchpoints planning and creative briefs grounded in strong consumer insights.
