JOB DESCRIPTION - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

At ProSync Infotech, we're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media team, drive content strategy, and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.If you're passionate about being a leader, building brands, and delivering high-performing content, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage the Social Media team, including Video Editors, Content Creators, and Social Media Executives and interns, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and consistent content quality across platforms
✅ Own and execute the complete social media growth strategy for ProSync Infotech’s Instagram (210K+ followers), YouTube, and other platforms, focusing on audience growth, engagement, reach, and brand authority
✅ Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals, marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives while overseeing the planning, scheduling, and publishing of reels, posts, stories,



videos, and podcast content
✅ Research trending products, viral content formats, industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to develop high-performing content ideas and growth opportunities
✅ Manage end-to-end podcast operations, including guest research, brand/founder coordination, outreach, scheduling, studio bookings, shoot management, and collaboration with internal teams for episode production and promotion
✅ Review and approve all content before publishing to ensure alignment with ProSync Infotech’s brand guidelines, quality standards, and communication strategy
✅ Monitor audience engagement, community growth, and platform performance while tracking analytics, preparing reports, and optimizing content strategies for better results
✅ Stay updated with social media algorithms, emerging trends, tools, and content strategies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continu
