We are seeking a skilled and experienced fusion RMCS consultant/lead to join our Oracle fusion finance team.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Implement solutions in the area Oracle Fusion RMCS modules along with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA)n
- Agentic AI Exposuren
- P2P process knowledgen
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsn
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practicesn
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportn
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cyclesn
- Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issuesn
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customisationsn




- Prepare documentation including BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and user manualsn
- Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controlsn
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessionsn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion RMCS implementationn
- Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations (At least 2-3 in RMCS and GL)n
- Hands-on expertise in modules like GL, AP, AR, FAn
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles, P2P and financial processesn
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution designn
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)n
- Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsn
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesn
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologiesn
