nKey Responsibilities:

- Maintain call and work-related records accuratelyn
- Coordinate with the Business Development team and complete assigned tasks on timen
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.n
- Identify and assess customers’ needs.n
- Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.n




- Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.n
- Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.n
- Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.n
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.n

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinen
- Relevant 1 year experience Female preferredn
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & English n
- Interest in Business Developement and salesn
