Role Overview
Intozi is looking for a senior leader with 12+ years of experience in Government business and large technology/infrastructure projects to lead our Government vertical.
This is not purely a sales or relationship-management position. We are looking for someone who has handled the complete end-to-end lifecycle of large Government projects—from identifying and shaping an opportunity to tendering, order closure, project execution, acceptance, payment collection and long-term account management.
The candidate should also have a strong network and established relationships across Government departments, Smart Cities, Safe Cities, Police, Traffic Police, Municipal Corporations/MCD, Defence, PSUs, consultants and System Integrators.

Key Areas of Experience
The candidate should preferably have worked on large projects involving:
- Smart City & Secure City




- CCTV Surveillance & Video Analytics
- Integrated Command & Control Centres (ICCC)
- Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS)
- Traffic Enforcement & e-Challan
- Police & Homeland Security
- Municipal Corporations / MCD / Urban Local Bodies
- Defence & Critical Infrastructure
- AI-based Video Analytics
- Networking, Data Centre, Cloud and ICT infrastructure
- Large Government system-integration projects

End-to-End Project Ownership
The candidate must have hands-on experience across the complete Government project lifecycle, including:
1. Opportunity Identification & Account Development
Identify upcoming Government projects, budgets and opportunities well before the tender is published.
Build relationships with Government decision-makers, consultants, PMCs, Smart City SPVs, Police departments, municipal bodies and other stakeholders.
2. Requirement Understanding & Solution Conceptualisation
