Role Overview We are looking for a senior media operations skilled to lead process excellence, SOP development, and standardization for India, while partnering closely with LATAM teams to adopt and scale global best practices. This role will act as a central hub for operational consistency, ensuring that India teams operate with high-quality, standardized, and scalable media processes, aligned with global frameworks but adapted for local market needs. You will work across Media, Data & Tech, Fin Ops, and HR, driving transformation from fragmented execution to structured, governance-led operations. Key Responsibilities1. SOP Development for India (with Global Alignment)Design and document India-specific SOPs across: Campaign setup, QA, optimization, and reporting Localize global SOPs to: Platform nuances in India Client-specific requirements Build modular SOP frameworks that: Align with global standards Are adaptable across Indian clients and teams2.
