nJOB DESCRIPTION
n● Experience deploying, maintaining, or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security
nsolutions in enterprise environments is important. Experience with Zscaler solutions ZIA,
nZPA
n● Working knowledge of networking and security products from various vendors and
nenterprise network infrastructure
n● Ability to navigate technical and architectural discussions with customers, partners
nincluding audience from business and technical fraternity.
n● Excellent communication and follow-up skills across internal and external organizations.
nA proactive approach to ensure the job gets done
n● Effectively handle multiple projects and work calmly under pressure
n● Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active
nDirectory.




n● Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and other
nleading cloud platforms.
n

nQualifications:
n● Positive knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
n● Good knowledge on HTTP, HTTPS, SSL Inspection, DNS.
n● Experience with Proxy and SSL.
n● Good knowledge of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols.
n● Industry certifications such as EDU-200, EDU-202 and PA, Cisco, Juniper, Palo preferred.
n● Hands-on knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark,
ntcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR.
n● Mandatory Certification – ZDTA and ZDTE
n● 4+ years experience for this role in similar positions.
