Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, senior-level Executive Assistant with a minimum of 10 years of experience to act as a strategic partner to the MD and the Director's office. This is not a standard administrative role; it is a critical organizational function. You will streamline executive workflows, manage high-stakes communication, and ensure seamless coordination across our manufacturing, technical,



and operational teams during a phase of rapid business expansion and new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Act as the primary point of contact and right-hand to the MD . Anticipate executive needs, manage complex calendars, prioritize commitments, and protect the MD time to ensure focus on high-level technical and operational strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a reliable bridge between the executive office and internal departments (R&D;, production, supply chain). Facilitate smooth communication regarding recent product rollouts, technical specifications, and facility expansions.
- Information Management: Draft, review, and organize high-level correspondence, project documentation, vendor compliance checklists, and corporate communications meticulously in both English and Hindi.
