Job Purpose
nThe Senior Sales skilled will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products.
nKey Roles & Responsibilities
nLead Generation & Client Acquisition
n
- n
- Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.n
- Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.n
- Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation.n
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.n
- Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.n
- Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.n

nProduct Sales

- n
- Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income,



structured products and other financial products.n
- Identify client requirements and present relevant products.n
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.n

nBusiness Development & Revenue
n
- n
- Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.n
- Expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.n
- Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.n

nCoordination & Compliance
n
- n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.n
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.n

nExperience
n
- n
- 6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.n
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation.n
- HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.n
