Location: Hyderabad E-Mail: About the Role: We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be the central coordination point for our solar projects, particularly government and institutional projects. The role owns end-to-end project visibility — coordination, documentation, execution tracking and system updates. Execution may be outsourced to third-party EPC partners, but the Project Coordinator will ensure it stays aligned with the agreed scope, timelines, quality and commercial commitments. This is not a conventional reporting role. It needs someone who understands how a solar project is executed on the ground, drives action rather than preparing reports, and can hold partners accountable without direct authority over them — proactive and structured, asking the right questions, identifying what is pending, escalating on time and ensuring closure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination & Execution Tracking: Act as the single point of coordination (SPOC) between internal teams, customers/government stakeholders and third-party execution partners.



·Understand the complete project lifecycle — from project award, planning, design, procurement, execution, commissioning and handover. Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables and timelines and ensure timely follow-up with the respective stakeholders. ·Monitor third-party execution partners against agreed scope, timelines, quality and project requirements. · Identify delays, risks and dependencies proactively and escalate them with explicit action plans. 2. Project Visibility & MIS: · Maintain real-time visibility of project status across all ongoing projects. · Ensure all project information, milestones, actions, documents, delays, dependencies and closure status are updated in the company's internal systems, currently Zoho, or any future project-management platform. · Establish a structured project dashboard/MIS covering project-wise progress, key milestones, pending actions, risks, commercial status and exp
