Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Skilled with strong expertise in GST, TDS, and end-to-end accounting for sales and tender-based business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable, tender/project accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations & financial reporting. The role requires thorough knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, audit support, financial controls, and the ability to independently manage accounting activities while ensuring compliance and accurate financial management. Accounting & Financial Management Manage complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Banking transactions. Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of financial transactions in the accounting system. Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, and financial resources. Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company accounts. Tender Accounting Manage accounting activities related to tenders,



contracts, projects, and government business. Track tender-wise revenue, expenses, security deposits, retention money, advances, and recoveries. Coordinate with Tender, Procurement, and Operations teams for financial documentation and reporting. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance Ensure accurate accounting and compliance related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Review GST input and output reconciliations and ensure timely filing of returns. Verify TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations, and statutory filings within prescribed timelines. Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities for statutory matters. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and maintain proper documentation for assessments and audits.
