Role: Technical Consultant/Senior (Data Engineer) - Client Success Location: Bangalore, Hybrid About the role We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Technical Consultant – Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation , ensuring seamless platform operations , solid customer outcomes , and high system reliability . You will play a critical role in managing automated batch processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across Support, DevOps, Product, and Customer teams to deliver a stable and scalable solution environment. This role requires to work in rotational shifts every 2 weeks, providing 24/7 coverage. Main focus is on workflow/batch monitoring with SSIS and Python skill Support experience. What you will do in this role: Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform Work closely with DevOps and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Validate,



transform, and manage customer data using tools like SQL, SSIS, Excel, Apache NiFi, Hadoop, PySpark, and Hive Analyze customer data, understand functional/technical dependencies, and ensure data integrity Support CI/CD processes and improve system reliability Monitor and analyze system performance metrics for continuous improvement Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell Understand and work with o9 platform data models (tables, relationships, optimization structures) Fine-tune performance, automate manual processes, and implement system checks Create and execute integration test cases; track and resolve bugs/issues works in 24X7. 2 weeks rotational shift , focusing mainly on workflow/batch monitoring with SSIS and Python skill Support exp What you’ll have 3-6 years of relevant experience in technical consulting, support, or similar roles Strong proficiency in Python and
