Purpose of the Role SRMB Steel is scaling toward a ₹5,000 Cr turnover ambition, and the Office of the President & CSMO sits at the centre of that push. This office consolidates every sales, marketing, MIS and analytics stream while the CSMO spends much of the next twelve months in the field, driving the retail run across a digital-rich, multi-brand product architecture (core TMT, binding range,



structural-retail brands and the project/institutional business). The Executive Assistant is the operating spine of this office. Not a diary-keeper, but a trusted second brain: someone who runs the HQ cockpit when the principal is travelling, keeps information flowing without friction, turns raw data into decision-ready briefs, and protects the CSMO's time and focus with judgement and discretion. Executive Office & Time Management Calendar command: Own the CSMO's calendar end-to-end: prioritising, sequencing and defending time against competing demands from HODs, the MD's office, dealers, and external partners. Operating rhythm: Run the daily and weekly operating rhythm: pre-empt what the principal needs before each meeting, prepare the day's brief, and close the loop on every open action.
