Job Role: ABM Outbound Manager Job Location: Hyderabad (In office) About the role: SmartWinnr is a revenue enablement platform for life sciences, serving pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Our customers include some of the largest life sciences organisations in the world, and most of our revenue comes from the United States. We are building an account-based program across cohorts: enterprise pharmaceutical, enterprise medtech and medical devices,



and the mid-size specialty companies in both. The accounts are named and the entry points are mapped. What is missing is someone to build and run it. This is a senior individual contributor role. We need someone who writes the sequences and sends them, not someone who manages people who do. Team building comes later, and this person would be first in line for it. What you will own The account-based program. Each cohort with its own entry logic, buying committee and message. Building the lists, writing the sequences, running the campaigns, and reporting on what happens. Event follow-up. We attend and sponsor major industry conferences and run our own. Turning the contacts we meet there into conversations is a significant part of this role. Multi-channel orchestration. Email, LinkedIn, and paid where it helps. The buying committees we sell into run to twenty people, so single-channel outreach does not work. Working with
