Role Description
The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing catering business for weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, and social functions—from the initial inquiry through successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new catering leads and convert them into confirmed business.
Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Meet clients and conduct site visits for events and functions.




Understand client requirements, budget, guest count, and menu preferences.
Prepare and present customized catering proposals and quotations.
Negotiate with clients and effectively close sales.
Coordinate menu planning and event requirements with the kitchen and operations teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, event planners, corporate clients, and vendors.
Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain proper follow-up of leads, quotations, and confirmed events.
Track sales performance and work toward monthly revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and current catering opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing and customer relationship skills.
Proven experience in Catering Sales, Event Sales, Hospitality, or Food & Beve
