We are looking for someone who treats every lead as a potential business opportunity. You should be comfortable starting conversations, understanding a brand’s growth challenges and following through consistently to move opportunities forward.
What you will own
- Lead engagement: Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and proactively connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Account-based marketing (ABM): Engage decision-makers at target accounts through personalised outreach and calls. Build interest, turn cold prospects into warm leads, schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the sales team with clear context and next steps.
- Lead qualification: Understand the prospect’s business, revenue, advertising spends, current agency setup, growth objectives and challenges. Identify decision-makers, buying intent and timelines.
- Funnel management:



Own lead progression from initial enquiry to qualification, discovery meetings and sales handover. Keep every active opportunity moving with a clear next step.
- Client conversations and pitches: Conduct discovery calls, explain AdYogi’s value proposition and coordinate relevant pitches with the sales team. Travel to client offices when required.
- Pitch preparation: Research brands before meetings and prepare explicit briefs so the sales team can tailor its recommendations.
- CRM ownership: Keep contact details, conversation notes, lead stages, follow-up dates and next steps accurate and updated.
- Follow-ups and nurturing: Build a structured follow-up process, re-engage dormant leads and maintain relationships with prospects who are not ready to buy immediately.
- Objection handling: Address initial questions on services, fit and commercials, bringing in the relevant team when deeper expertise is needed.
