nSeeking a self-driven, well organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to help assist Notion Press' published authors with post-publishing queries and concerns
n

nIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
n

- n
- Managing ticketsn
- Recording and managing issues and escalating where necessaryn
- Resolving cross-functional issues at the subordinate leveln
- Manage the scope of the issue and change control and escalate issues where necessaryn
- Monitor the issues’ progress and intensityn
- Provide status reports to the Team Managern




- Liaise with authors, internal teams, and updates progress to team Managern
- Customer Service, updating author on ticket’s status and progress on a daily basisn
- Work closely with authors to ensure the quality of the product meets industry standardsn
- Manage ticket evaluation and dissemination activitiesn
- Is accountable for the delivery of planned deliverables associated with the ticketn
- Providing regular status reports to the Team Managern

nA PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS :

- n
- 0-2 years of customer facing experiencen
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenn
- Exceptionally Organized and has expert multitasking skillsn
- Experience in handling customer queries – Inbound / Outbound calls & Ticketsn
- Willing to work the extra mile when requiredn
- Regional Language knowledge is an advantage – Hindi Compulsoryn
- Previous experience in handling queries t
