About the Role
Top Notch Tiles is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team in Rajkot.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, AP/AR, payroll, and accounting software,



along with a positive understanding of UK Accounting and VAT.This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with UK accounting processes and international business operations while contributing to the financial management of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Assist with UK Accounting and VAT-related activities.
- Support preparation and review of VAT-related records and reports.
- Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and MIS reports as required.
