Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable In-House Accountant to manage the financial operations of our architectural and interior design practice. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, project-based financial tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Manage day-to-day accounting entries (receipts, payments, journal entries)Reconcile bank statements and cash flows regularly Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and financial reports2. Project-Based Financial Tracking Track project-wise budgets, expenses, and profitability Monitor client payments, advances, and outstanding dues Align vendor payments with project cash flows and timelines Assist in preparing project estimates and cost reports3. Billing & Invoicing Generate client invoices as per milestones and agreements Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collections Coordinate with the design and execution team for billing inputs4.



Vendor & Contractor Payments Manage vendor invoices, verification, and payment scheduling Maintain records of all contractor and supplier transactions Ensure proper documentation for all purchases and expenses5. Compliance & Taxation Handle GST filings, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance Coordinate with external CA for audits and filings Ensure all financial records are audit-ready and compliant6. Financial Planning & Reporting Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting Provide insights on cost control and financial efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–5 years of experience (preferably in architecture/interior/design or construction industry)Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books)Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation norms Exc
