Key Responsibilities Job Location : Chennai / Bangalore Operational Risk Framework for Credit Risk and Stressed Asset Risk (SAR) • Own and oversee the monthly Operational Risk assessment processes, maintain and update the Credit Risk Register and Risk and Control Self-Assessment for both Credit Risk and SAR. • Facilitate the completion of Control Tests (KCIs/CSTs) and other governance and control checks. Assist to identify and assess key operational risk areas and control gaps. • Engage in periodic trigger reviews, Inherent and Residual Risk Assessments, Risk register reviews, risk acceptances, control documents and other regular assessments and ensure that outcomes are appropriately reflected in the relevant governance and reporting systems. • Investigate exceptions, maintain supporting evidence, track remediation, and escalate material or overdue matters where required.



• Address data-quality issues and support the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of governance records. Prudential Compliance Framework • Maintain and update the PCF register for the applicable regulatory requirements (i.e. CRR, PRA Rulebook, PRA Supervisory Statements, and EBA Technical Standards) where Credit Risk RFO is the chapter owner • Coordinate attestation / confirmation of the articles assigned to the various line owners as part of the quarterly and annual attestation exercise. The attestation/confirmation should be supported by a 'deep dive' review, which would entail obtaining documentary evidence for a sample of requirements to confirm that controls and control assurance methods documented in the compliance registers are working effectively; • Identify appropriate line owner(s) for each changed regulation and ensure timely escalation of regulatory changes to the relevant stakeholders; • Facili
