Job Description As Enterprise Platforms continues to expand and take on new platforms, the demand for developing current features and providing ongoing support has significantly increased. This growing demand necessitates a dedicated Senior Technology Analyst who can effectively analyze technical data, facilitate collaboration with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
This position involves a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of platform solutions. Key Responsibilities / Duties: Analyze complex technical data to support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports and presentations. Work closely with engineering teams to identify technical requirements. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly. Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects. Monitor project progress and perform risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the platform. Coordinate the implementation of upgrades or new systems to enhance performance. Provide ongoing support for platform systems, addressing any issues promptly. Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, bugs, or other technical problems. Work Experience / Knowledge: 5 yea
