Job Description Key Responsibilities Review client reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting quality, and adherence to agreed timelines. Validate report data, calculations, fund information, holdings, performance, commentary, disclosures, and client-specific requirements before release. Perform quality checks in line with internal procedures, review checklists, control standards, service levels, and applicable KPIs.



Support issue identification, exception management, escalation, and timely resolution by coordinating with Production, Sourcing, Data Management, Product, Marketing, Technology, Compliance, and regional teams. Investigate reporting issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence. Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, review checklists, trackers, issue logs, error logs, and management information records. Support testing activities for system upgrades, report enhancements, regulatory changes, recent product launches, transitions, and process changes. Identify process gaps, control improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
