Position Overview Role Description The Associate, Payroll Control, is responsible for supporting the governance, risk, control, compliance, and oversight framework for payroll operations across assigned countries and entities. The role will partner closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Tax, Technology, and external vendors to ensure payroll processes are executed accurately, compliantly, and in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Review payroll inputs, outputs, reconciliations, exceptions, and approvals to ensure compliance with established controls. Support payroll risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented. Monitor payroll performance metrics and identify opportunities for control enhancements. Compliance & Regulatory Management Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, labour, social security, and regulatory requirements. Track legislative and regulatory changes impacting payroll operations.
