You will Own the target architecture and roadmap for the HR Platform Applications landscape - defining architecture principles, patterns, and guardrails across APIs, integrations, data, and security, and driving their adoption across teams. Translate business and functional requirements into modular, scalable, and secure end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring non-functional requirements - availability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency - are engineered in from the start. Guide solution design for current and evolving capabilities,



running design reviews and validating architectural decisions across the portfolio. Orchestrate cross-application dependencies and shared components, reducing technical debt through incremental modernization. Create and maintain architecture artifacts (e.g. solution blueprints, ADOIT repository content) that describe the current and target state of the landscape. Align with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Platform teams on standards, and drive architecture governance, IT risk assessments, and compliance reviews across the solution portfolio. Present architecture strategies, target states, and design decisions to audiences ranging from delivery teams to senior management and Enterprise Architecture Boards, acting as a key voice of architecture for the domain.
