Role: Associate / Executive HR Services Experience: 0 - 3 Years Education: Master's in Human Resorce management Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Shift : Flexible to work in shifts Role Purpose Provide Level 2 operational and technical support for SuccessFactors-related HR services, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of cases, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to defined service-level and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Handle SuccessFactors Level 2 queries and service requests, including standard and moderately complex cases, within agreed timelines. Investigate issues, validate data, identify root causes, and provide clear resolution updates or escalate complex matters to the appropriate SME or technical team. Process and track cases through ServiceNow or the applicable case-management tool, ensuring complete, accurate, and jargon-free case notes.



Perform data validation, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel. Collaborate with team members, SMEs, HR stakeholders, and customers to drive cases to closure and minimize repeat issues. Follow process documentation, controls, data-privacy requirements, quality checks, and established governance standards. Support continuous improvement, standardization, knowledge sharing, and training of new or existing team members. Monitor open items proactively and communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and required actions in a timely manner. Required Qualifications and Experience MBA in Human Resources. 0-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, HR systems support, SuccessFactors operations, or a comparable role.
