About the Role The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. You will develop and manage product development plans, represent your feature area within a cross-functional team, and drive solutions that address customer needs through a deep understanding of customer pain points. You will also prioritize customer issues and defects, support timely resolution,



and demonstrate product progress and outcomes to key stakeholders. Responsibilities Own one or more product features and drive product execution from concept through delivery. Develop and maintain product development plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives. Represent assigned features within cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Identify and propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points and opportunities. Prioritize customer issues and product defects using relevant data and customer insights. Support timely resolution of production issues and communicate priorities effectively. Lead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital and back-office platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
