Position Overview Role Description We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of driving portfolio governance, financial management, and strategic technology initiatives to join our Technology organization in Bangalore. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end investment governance process, portfolio planning, financial management, and delivery governance across a portfolio of technology initiatives. You will partner closely with senior business stakeholders, technology leads, COO functions, and Finance teams to ensure strategic objectives are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and risk tolerances. In this role, you will be accountable for portfolio planning, governance execution, budget management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership,



providing transparency on delivery progress, risks, and investment outcomes while driving continuous improvements across governance processes. You will be part of the Technology organization supporting Investment Banking platforms and transformational change initiatives across multiple domains and regions.
