Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on Chartered Accountant who can take ownership of the company's finance, accounting, compliance and financial controls.
nThis role is suited for someone who can go beyond routine accounting and help management understand the numbers, improve financial discipline and build stronger systems as the business grows.
nWhat you will be responsible for

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operationsn
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statementsn
- Manage monthly and annual book closuresn
- Review accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and financial recordsn
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliancesn
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and other financial auditsn
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and working capitaln
- Track customer outstanding, vendor payments and ageingn
- Monitor cash flow and support fund planningn
- Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysisn




- Analyse product/project profitability, margins and costsn
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processesn
- Ensure correct treatment of inventory, purchases, expenses, fixed assets and revenuen
- Work closely with management on cost optimisation and financial decision-makingn
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities wherever requiredn
- Improve financial reporting and help build more structured finance processes across the organisationn

nWho we are looking for

- n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)n
- Solid understanding of accounting, taxation and statutory compliancen
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and audit requirementsn
- Comfortable working with financial statements, MIS and management reportingn
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detailn
- Ability to identify gaps in financial processes and independently drive corrective actionn
