Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are hiring confident and target-driven individuals to join our US K–12 International Sales Team. The role involves connecting with parents across the US, understanding their child's academic needs, and recommending suitable 1:1 online tutoring programs across Mathematics, Science, Coding, Robotics, English Language Arts (ELA), and other K–12 subjects.
nKey Responsibilities

- Connect with US-based parents through outbound calls and follow-ups.n
- Understand students' academic needs, challenges, and learning goals.n
- Conduct academic counselling sessions and online product demonstrations.n
- Recommend suitable tutoring programs based on customer requirements.n
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.n
- Build solid relationships with parents throughout the sales journey.n
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into enrollments.n
- Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.n
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.n
- Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Tele-sales, Admissions Counselling, or Education Sales is preferred.n
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.n
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.n
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.n
- Comfortable working US night shifts.n
- Willing to work from our Bangalore office.n
