Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving business growth for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, proposal coordination, CRM management, client communication, and sales administration. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering excellent customer experiences. This is a night-shift position supporting our US sales operations in real time. Transparent articulation, excellent reading comprehension, and professional written and spoken English communication are paramount, as you will interact directly with US business executives, handle outbound email outreach, and coordinate meetings.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Support outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach using cold email sequences, Apollo, and social outreach.
- Schedule meetings and sales presentations with prospective customers promptly based on positive email/message responses, managing calendar invites across US time zones.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. (Pipedrive, Apollo, or similar CRMs) to keep prospect information accurate.
- Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities. Execute disciplined, timely follow-up cadences so no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Generate sales reports and dashboards for management review.
