Role Summary: We are seeking a Network/Technical engineer to support our client located in Dehradun.

3 years Diploma/Graduation in Computer Engineering/IT/related fields

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and break down maintenance of the system.
- Management of the spare parts, materials and consumables.
- Periodical database backup, restore and preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly report on system performance in prescribed format.
- Fault free operations of security devices.
- Any other related work assigned by us from time to time.
- Ensure that the equipment under NC-AMC are regularly checked for firmware and upgraded to latest firmware.
- Perform regular health/performance checks of the security devices report monthly.
- Responsible for checking any security vulnerabilities in our security infrastructure. Same shall be fixed by reporting and taking approval as soon it is found.
