About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development & Product Demo Executive who is interested in working directly with customers, understanding their business requirements, and demonstrating our technology products and solutions.

This is a full-time opportunity suitable for freshers or candidates starting their careers who enjoy meeting people, communicating ideas, learning new technologies, and working in a customer-facing role.

A major part of this role will involve visiting prospective customers, conducting product demonstrations, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and helping convert interested prospects into customers.

You do not need extensive prior sales experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, good communication skills, curiosity about technology, and the willingness to travel and meet customers.
Key Responsibilities




- Visit prospective customers for meetings and product demonstrations.
- Demonstrate our software products and technology solutions to businesses.
- Understand the customer's business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Explain product features and benefits in easy, business-friendly language.
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Record customer requirements, feedback, objections, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the product and technical teams for customer-specific requirements.
