We’re looking for a Inside Sales Executive who can turn consumer interest into adoption and drive meaningful impact.
nWhat You’ll Do

- Lead conversion: Manage inbound leads from Meta/Google campaigns, website, WhatsApp, and marketplaces.n
- Customer engagement: Call, understand needs, explain products, and build trust.n
- Objection handling: Address concerns around price, necessity, delivery, and usage.n
- Follow-ups: Persistently re-engage warm and dormant leads.n
- Sales closure: Guide customers through purchase and payment.n
- CRM management: Maintain accurate lead stages,



notes, and conversion status.n
- Revenue accountability: Achieve daily call quotas and monthly conversion targets.n
- Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant products.n

nWhat We’re Looking For
n
- n
- 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C Sales, Telecalling, or Counselling .n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.n
- Comfortable with high call volumes and daily follow-ups.n
- Target-driven, persistent, and empathetic.n
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead-management tools preferred.n
- Mandatory: Hindi & English proficiency; regional languages are a plus.n
