Evalzo is an AI-proctored assessment platform that helps companies make better hiring decisions based on evidence, not instinct. We're building evaluation that's fair to candidates and actually practical to the teams doing the hiring.n

nThe role
nYou'll own the sales process from prospecting through to closing, working closely with the founders and the broader team. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, build pipeline, and help shape how we approach the market.
nYou'll sell to teams hiring at volume: HR and talent acquisition teams, engineering leaders, startup founders, staffing and recruitment firms, and university placement teams.

nWhat you'll do

- Prospect and qualify new businessn
- Work inbound leads alongside the pipeline you build yourselfn
- Run discovery calls and product demosn
- Build and manage the pipeline, and own the numbern
- Use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move fastern




- Research the market and competitors, and feed that back into how we positionn
- Work directly with the founders on ICP, pricing, and GTM strategyn
- Build the sales process as you gon

nYou'll do well here if you have
n
- n
- 1+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally SaaSn
- Proficiency with AI tools in your daily workflown
- A track record of hitting targets you can talk through specificallyn
- Strong discovery instinctsn
- Working knowledge of a CRMn
