KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Network & Business Development
- Develop, expand, and manage the company’s loan distribution network across B2B and B2C channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline for retail and corporate loan products.
- Drive business growth through strategic market expansion and relationship development.

2. Builder & Developer Onboarding




- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with real estate developers, builders, and project stakeholders .
- Onboard reputed builders and developers to generate retail home loan and project finance opportunities .
- Develop long-term relationships with key real estate partners.

3. Channel Partner Program
- Develop and execute strategies for recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention of Corporate DSAs, DSAs, brokers, and other channel partners.
- Build an active and productive channel partner network.
- Drive partner engagement and business generation through regular reviews, meetings, and relationship management.

4. Strategic Alliances
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and other distribution networks .
- Explore and develop recent institutional partnerships to strengthen the company’s lending ecosystem.
