About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Group Tours Sales & Operations Executive to support our growing group tours and travel business.
This is a combined role covering customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, booking coordination, travel documentation and tour operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete journey from the first enquiry to the final execution of the tour.

Key Responsibilities





Group Tours Sales
- Handle enquiries for group tours, school trips, summer camps and customised holidays.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budgets and group sizes.
- Recommend suitable destinations, programmes and travel options.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations and customised travel proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Travel Operations
- Coordinate confirmed bookings for hotels, flights, transportation, activities and other travel services.
- Prepare and issue travel vouchers, tickets, booking confirmations and itineraries.
- Maintain passenger details, rooming lists, booking sheets and operational checklists.
