The ideal candidate will convert design concepts into accurate working drawings while ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and collaborating closely with the design team.

- Prepare detailed residential architectural drawings using ArchiCAD n
- Convert design concepts into precise and accurate working drawingsn
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian residential building standards and codes n




- Coordinate with the design team to incorporate feedback, updates, and revisionsn
- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and timely project deliveryn
- Organize and manage project documentation through backend systems such as SharePoint n
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding project progress and updates.n

nRequired Knowledge & Skills

- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD for residential draftingn
- Solid understanding of Australian residential building codes and standards n
