nIn this role you will:

- Responsible for regional technical service responsibilityn
- Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the regionn
- Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational mattersn
- Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requestsn
- Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issuesn
- Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinarsn




- Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issuesn
- Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysisn
- Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activitiesn
- Provide sales and marketing support as neededn

nWe are looking for:

- n
- Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majorsn
- Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a mustn
- Positive communicator with fluent English and native languagesn
