Sales Executive – Joey’s HostelsDepartment: Sales & Business Development
Location: Central Team - Delhi
Reports To: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, target-oriented and comfortable speaking to people. The role will focus on generating business for the property through B2B sales, corporate partnerships, travel agents, educational institutions, events, groups and local businesses .
The ideal candidate should be a go-getter who enjoys meeting people, making calls, building relationships and converting opportunities into actual bookings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate, institutional and travel partners.
- Generate recent business through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp and personal meetings.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
- Develop relationships with companies, travel agencies, colleges, coaching institutes, event organisers and other relevant businesses.




- Explore opportunities for group bookings, long stays, corporate stays and events.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients until closure.
- Negotiate rates and packages within approved guidelines.
- Upsell rooms, dorms, private rooms, group stays and other property offerings.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Market Visits & Relationship Building
- Conduct regular market visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses and travel partners.
- Visit offices, colleges, institutions, travel agencies and event venues to generate leads.
- Represent Joey’s professionally during client meetings and networking events.

4. Group & Event Sales
- Generate business from groups, student groups, corporate groups and events
